[CHICKENS-101] A use for all those eggs

 

I see this subject come up every once in a while so I though I would share another use for extra eggs. I make mayonnaise! I found several recipes on the web even one for light mayo on Webmd.com. It is really easy to make and my family eats a lot of it on sandwiches during the week.
