Re: [CHICKENS-101] Storms

 

 Valerie, It's kind of like insult to injury to have more winds and quarter size hail after the first storm. Hope your car is ok. 
Can't even imagine having winds so strong that the roofs are torn off of barna/coops like Laura's were.
We desperately need rain. I am watering the orchard, grapes, and blackberries or all will be lost from the drought. My chicken pens grasses and weeds are dried up and dead. Everything is brown. The garden has to be watered early mornings. This has been a pattern in MI for several years that isn't going away.

lol, Actually we didn't get a lot of rain with it. There was some, but it was mostly wind. Then last night we had another one come through and dropped some quarter size hail on us. Have to go out this morning and see if the cars got any damage. Again, had a little rain with it but not much.
