[CHICKENS-101] Dehydrated eggs

 

Has any one in our group dehydrated eggs. I tried it once but haven't tried to eat them yet. I'm not sure if I did it right I scrambled them first then put them in the dehydrator until all the moisture was gone then sealed them in air tight bags. Is this the right way? If you have done this how did they cook up?
