Feed stores, elevators that sell cattle and poultry feed, and TSC. Sulfadimethoxine is what I use. Time is not on your side. I'd give her a couple of human vitamins ground up with a tiny bit of yogurt to make a ball, and feed it to her twice a day for the A, D, E, and other vitamins in them until you get it. Heat is critical too. She needs you to make her a hospital cage/box. I'd start calling around looking for corrid, amprolim, sulfadimethoxije, Sulmet, ...
