Probably why the goose doesn't eat them. Darn caterpillars are painful for her/him too.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Well.... Ewwww!
I am outside doing the last feeding of the baby goats and I look over and the goose that got banished for eating eggs just ate either a toad or a large field mouse. All I could really see from here was the legs sticking out of the bill as s readjusted and swallowed lol. I do wish she would eat the hairy catapillars we have. Accidentally sat on one yesterday. Felt like my leg was on fire and broke out in welts!
