Treat with Vitamin B complex, heavy on Niacin and hope for the best. 

 

If you are feeding commercial ration check the freshness - it may be stale and lost most or all its' vitamin potency. 

 

If you're not feeding commercial ration re-formulate your starter/grower ration for vitamin content.
