[CHICKENS-101] New here and our chicks are coming on Monday

 

I have just found this group from reading Sue Weaver's Chickens book.
We are new to raising chickens, getting 4 chicks on Monday or Tuesday, depending on when the shipment comes into the store.
We are getting them for eggs and for the fun of raising chickens!
I think we are prepared.....but what really important things do we need to know?
I appreciate all the help I can get from those with experience raising chickens.
