I have 2 chicks, about a month apart that are Silkie X Duccle's. Both have dark skin, feathered feet, 4 toes and the one is looking like it may be getting a beard. The older one's comb is more of the Silkie black/purple color.
The older one I hatched and another one hatched also but it was white and had white skin/legs and 4 toes. Yep, cute little mutts. Pics are posted under FullMoonChickens in the group's albums. The friend who's eggs they were at the time only had a Duccle roo with Silkies, Polish hens. We are working on getting him a Silkie roo.

Ok, I have a new question, I have two silkie females and one silkie rooster, I also have 2 duccle roosters, I was thinking that the babies would be silkies, but I have black skin and white skin feathered legs and non feathered legs.........can anybody tell me what happened here?
These babies look like the d'uccle. ??? have beards not like the clear faced silkie........but then again some are white meat and some are black.
