Trish my husband use to get them when we had honey bee's because of sell of honey. They are just wanting to check the livestock and what you get paid for products that you sell from them
Like it said if you don't they will call you, my husband never sent it in one time and they always called us.

My response is "required by law". Geez. So threatening. I missed the first deadline. They sent me another survey and threaten I may get a phone call if I don't send this one in on time. Ooooo. In reading through it, I'm so confused. I have no clue how to answer some of these questions. Has anyone else gotten one of these? They want figures from the taxes, which I have not put together yet.
