I have the same problem. I have 13 hens that all lay in the nest boxes and
one who lays on the floor. My feathered rebel can see the eggs the other
hens have laid but that doesn't seem to affect her. I have just accepted it
at this point.

Kimberly, You could try putting painted rocks, golf balls, something that
looks like an egg in all of the nest boxes so she gets the hint. Sometimes
it takes time for her to get the hint. Hope your day is wonderful, filled
with sunshine, and all your girls lay!
