Hi George, Things are going better, slowly but surely. School has been a mess. Share my room with an AR rep who is helping the administrators try to get me to quit, was assigned an office that was locked when I went to do my work- for months, then they didn't move my boxes until after school started like they did the other teachers, so I had to try and unpack, teach, do all my work, by myself, and couldn't be in my classroom the first two hours of the day/included conference hour. No air conditioning the first weeks of school even though heart dr ordered in writing. I am limited to lifting 8-10lbs of weight. Left me in severe pain, agony, for months and months from lifting, have had a fib off and on from stress of not being able to do my job - locked office, boxes piled up, can't find teaching materials, and being harassed about the boxes by the principal. ot fun to be disabled in my school district, they make it as hard as they can. Now they took my hard drive and all of my parents contacts. I did not need a new hard drive!! I am going into IEP time, no parent contacts... Sigh....
But, in spite of the road blocks, I've been working long, late hours, and because of it, things are going well with my students. Several that used to be in trouble all the time are now believing in their self and getting general ed A's and B's. Makes it all worthwhile.
I am getting ready to hatch and praying for pullets from younger cockerels and hens. Lots and lots of cockerels from my older roosters. I need to buy a big barn for senior silkies!!! LOL! Please say a prayer for pullets for me. :>):
