Unfortunately if you remove some of the eggs the last three days, they will more than likely not hatch. You should leave the eggs that are at day 17 in the incubator. Move the others out to another incubator to finish their incubation period if you have to.
The last three days, you should not turn the eggs or open the incubator. If you mess up the humidity they will probably not hatch. They are touchy little things the last days of incubation.
