[CHICKENS-101] Time for a new edition of "name that chicken" [1 Attachment]

I have looked at so many pictures and searched everything I can think of and can not figure out what kind of chicken this hen is.  I would describe her as brown but she has flecks of gold.  We call her the crow because she kinda looks like a brown crow.  Her ear flaps and small comb are a dark red.  She lays small cream colored eggs.  Any ideas?  I have attached a picture, its not the best but u can get an idea.
