Allen, you are well on your way to becoming a Chickener. You will be considered for advancement to "Enabler" if you keep this up.

Now chickens are 'flock' animals. They are happier with companions. Not necessarily another chicken although I think they prefer their own kind. Young roosters can be brutal so another hen or six might be good idea.
