Hi,
I have raised meat birds, Cornish Cross, a number of times and think 10x10 will probably be too small of a space for that many birds.
After brooding them, a kennel like structure will be good, especially in the spring and summer.
I am attaching a few web pages with some coops that will work for meat birds.

Also, meat birds do not usually roost.
Meat birds pretty much eat, poop and sleep. Mostly eat and poop. LOL
Good luck and have fun,
Beth
