[CHICKENS-101] boiling eggs

Hi Allen and Everyone,

My husband looked this subject up recently, being a curious engineer. It seems that the 'air' bubble inside of an egg is actually Carbon Dioxide and needs to dissipate for the membrane to let go of the shell and lay against the white of the egg. This will allow for easy peeling once boiled. A few days wait will help this to happen.
Hope this helps,
Diana
