...I've lost track of how many times I'll be holding Alex (My Modern Game House Rooster) and I'll be talking on the phone and he decided to belt out one of his amazing crows....yikes! It's bad enough in MY deaf ears, but over the phone? That has gotta hurt! I always apologise about 'my rooster', but what amazes me is that no one, strangers, that is, ever asks me about it. They just sort of go on, rather cautiously, as if nothing happened!
