[CHICKENS-101] question on drying greens for chickens

My 14 girls are laying very well (12-14 eggs daily) and are healthy. I'm still not sure exactly what breed they are I think they are Red Stars. I am faced with a huge amount of turnip and mustard greens in our garden that are going to run up soon and I'm wondering if I should/could dehydrate them for the girls. They are confined to a coop at night and have a large covered run (far too many predators to ever let them out) and I've been gathering clover and turnip and mustard greens for them daily, but with winter freezes coming here in FL I know it will be harder to supply them in the future. I was wondering if I would be wise to dehydrate greens for them and if anyone else has done so for their girls? Do you think I would need to rehydrate them, or just feed them dried and mixed in with their layer feed? Any thoughts you have are welcomed.

Thank you for your help.
