Really? That is neat to know, I heard the opposite, but honestly haven't tried to boil any of the blue ones yet.

What I like best about my EE eggs is that no matter how fresh they are, they are still easy to peal after you hard boil them.  I pull my regular eggs all to pieces trying to peal them fresh.
