[CHICKENS-101] Re: Winter preparations

 

Jean, yes indeed! Duck roasted with pineapple, soy sauce, honey and brown sugar until the skin is brown and crusty...oh my, give me a minute...gotta wipe the drool from my chin lest I short out the keyboard ;)

Of course I'm certain that your cholesterol levels not to mention your waist line, are in much better shape than mine!
