My EEs lay quite well the first two years then they slow down a bit after that. Don't know how anyone else feels about EE eggs but I'm of the opinion that they're the best eggs of any.
Just made a lemon meringue pie with fresh EE eggs and the meringue is as soft and fluffy as clouds and stood up almost as 'high' as Lindsay Lohan got at her last court appearance ;)

All of the chickens are 9 months old I have 19 hens and get an average of 12-14 eggs aday the thing I'm concerned about is that I only get 1 or 2 green eggs every 3 days. I thought EEers were good producers are they or do I just have some bad hens.
