Re: [CHICKENS-101] Re: photo album/ Really?

Thank you so much I am humbled.  I never thought of it being so nice, just a structure that I would not be embarrassed by if people saw it.  I may just post it, I do not want to be a snob.
Actually it is the most simple of structures.  It is a matter of not having to make more cuts than necessary.  What makes ME proud is that I made it just before I retired so I am no spring chicken pardon the pun.  It was made of full sheets of 3/4 inch plywood and they are very heavy. When making a coop you must start with a very sound floor or the whole thing will collapse, this one should last longer than me.
Thanks again.

Oh yes it is! We just built our coop this summer and worked really hard at making sure it was neat and not an eyesore to the neighbors as we live pretty close. We looked at literally 100's of coops online to draw from, for design, for ours. Not to be mean but there are a lot of wrecks that I couldn't have done. If I had some farmland or acreage that had some hidden area where a less than nice looking coop was ok I wouldn't have put so much work into it. Your coop is beautiful. One of the nicer ones I've seen, and more than worthy of sharing.

I will think about that I don't think it is that good to post.
