Ro, It was a great picture you posted. A friend of mine knitted naked necks silkie neck warmers with long downy yarn for a joke. Chicken diapers are great for shampooed and groomed chicken school visits. I am not sure who has more fun, my middle schoolers or my silkies and seramas. LOL! It's fun and diapers can be convenient for a chicken with a wound that has been shampooed and is in from the cold, who you want to hold and play with. If you had one on hand you might be surprised that you'd actually use it off and on. :) :)

That's ok, I hope I didn't insult anyone that tried this. In theory it is a good idea, I mean we make sweaters for our dogs and I heard someone making a sweater for her ferret, but it is too dangerous for any animal that we are not monitoring all the time. They do look adorable in them though don't they?
Yes the material has to be something like the material used for their diapers which is another story that I will leave alone. Someday I may need them if I am left with only one chicken and I may have to bring it in the house.
