Hi Rita; Although some pullets will start to lay at 16 weeks 20 is more like it and 24 weeks is not unheard of. I would not invite your slowpoke to dinner just yet. A couple more week will not make that much difference and besides she might put on some weight. That would make her at least dinner for two.
