Re: [CHICKENS-101] god daughter called and needs work

 

I'm still unpacking the truck and putting things away from all the junk I carted to school for lessons that I had to bring home. I've had  6 weeks for a heart ablation/surgery and to get caught up cleaning house, and barns, from a heavy teaching schedule.  I start right back today with an hour and half drive to get to a class my spec. ed director is paying for.  3 hours round trip, isn't going to be fun. Plus it's going to be hot out again today. :(   I'll be glad when all the barn dishes, barns are clean, the house clean, and the birds resprayed.

I so agree Cathryn, and would be very greatful to have one or two that would or could help me with the coops alone, let alone mowing the yard, between interviews and school I have enough time to sleep, eat, and do my homework.....and the laundry I have to have clean for those things......I am wondering if I should just give up on my garden even this year.....I spent two hours yeaterday pulling the weeds and grass from the 30'x30' garden that had popped up TONS of that  over two weeks, yes I said two weeks.. I got foolish this year and went to extreme with corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflowers, peppers, broccoli, watermelon, beans peas...and I think a few more....I am ging blank.....Two weeks were best I could do between mid terms and applying to the few colleges I am working oin the finish my Bachelors.... I have gained two scholorships, but will still be in hole around 20k per year, if I get in where I want. it is one of top colleges for Business
Management and Accounting........I think I SOOO need a vacation.....
