the Constitution doesn't help you if you don't have the money to fight for your rights. A lot of laws that are being passed are unconstitutional, the politicians know it, they pass them anyway because they know that the average person doesn't have the thousands of dollars it takes to hire a lawyer. I did talk to a lawyer about this and that's basically what it boils down to. It is very frustrating.
