[CHICKENS-101] Re: destroying animals

Two points here in New Hampshire. (1) Game Wardens are the only law enforcement officers that can search without a warrant for probable cause. Penalties for violation can included WALKING away from misdemeanor with a summons, in you your underwear. The State of NH owns everything else.
(2) Even the word "Agriculture" is sacred along with "Farm". Other associated terms such as pasture, livestock and garden bear almost equal weight. Special reduced property tax rates, less restrictive zoning ordinances etc.

A lot of laws that are being passed are unconstitutional, the politicians know it, they pass them anyway because they know that the average person doesn't have the thousands of dollars it takes to hire a lawyer. I did talk to a lawyer about this and that's basically what it boils down to. It is very frustrating.
