RE: [CHICKENS-101] Re: Ebay Eggs

I used to sell on Ebay. When I closed my store I sold the display cases on
there. I had some one from N.C. buy them. A few days after the auction was
over he emailed and said he didn't want them, that he couldn't use them in
his state. So I checked his health dept and they had the same regs we did.
Anyway, what I did was email him and state that this was a legal binding
contract and if he didn't follow up with the purchase, I would hire an
attorney and file suit against him. He emailed the next day and set up a
date to come get them. I'm glad he did, because I couldn't afford an
attorney. lol

Cath, it is very difficult to get Ebay to do anything at all because some
folks misuse the options they have in place. I had it happen a couple of
times and there was no real outcome.
