Sorry this happened. I have had the same experience. You could try some more eggs if you could get them right away. I good broody hen will usually set until some chicks hatch. You could try some day old chicks if you could get a hold of some. I have never tried this, but I head that it works best if you slip the chicks under then hen while she is asleep at night. Be prepared with a brooder,etc if she decides not to accept the chicks.

I got some eggs to put under my broody and its day 22. i took a look and 3 broke.  decided to clean up and one egg sloshy so broke open and found nasty green gunk.  rest of the eggs have liquid, so i dont have hope. i found some black copper maran chicks so wondering if i can get away with taking the eggs and putting chicks under the hen.  she has been on that nest for 4 wks but she was mad when i took the box 4 cleaning.  thx, renee
