You have a very productive day, Anita. I made that run to Piggly Wiggly, and they do indeed, have a sizable feed area right in the grocery store. I got the same chicken feed I've been using, and a bag of scratch I'm not familiar with. Saves making another stop and it was taken to the car for me.

Unfortunately the store smelled of tabacco smoke so I might not return. My friend said it was just the door opening and closing for the smokers but I don't think so. I don't think they were actually going outside because it was raining.

They had nice bundles of produce though and I got about 8 pounds of collards for $2.50. For the chickens of course.

Not me!

Today is my laundry catch up day and I've only done 2 loads. Signing off to go do that!

Yesterday was a balmy 40 degrees. I feed all inside and outside babies,
and watered them, worked on a cluttered space in the kitchen, did
laundry and took apart a chair to reupholster and refinish. Got a
giveaway box started for next month's Learning Circle, for their raffle
they have to make money for the Ft. Ancient Museum, where we have our
meetings.

I let my outside babies outside, but hear that we will get more ice by
tomorrow. Yuck.
