Dylan not many people are shipping and/or hatching chicks right now.  It's winter and our birds are resting. The majority of hatcheries only charge 15.00 for shipping; I've looked recently.  If I hatched chicks for sale it would cost you more than 35.00 to ship because I would insist on overnight express and an order of 25 so the chicks did not get chilled. If my chicks that a friend is hatching for me were for sa,e they would 10 each because they are from champion stock. 250 for 25 chicks, plus 70 for 2 boxes, (I was on horizon last night), plus 65 per box for express shipping; you'd be better off with dark eggs.com who does have decent chicks. You could check with Laura of Flying A Farms or the welsummer yahoo group or order from a decent hatchery. Cathryn
