Our beautiful German Shorthaired Pointer Charlie had her puppies last night. 8 of them. 6 girls and 2 boys. Mama and pups are resting comfortably and happily in our living room. Congrats! I just love the sleepy, peaceful look a mama dog gets on her face as she's nursing her babies. If you lived near me I'd be booking a date to come play with those pups when they hit about 4-5 weeks old, they are the cutest at that age! Past that age they become so much work they're barely worth it! LOL Maureen and the girls at the
