No problem with oder. There are three windows that open and I can put an exhaust fan in celing vent. and seal the door to the room. Thanks

Well you are not crazy as many others have inside/ house chickens ( only
a few of them are crazy). My choice , if you like big fluffy ones,
would be Buff Orph's . They are rather calm and adapt well ...plus good
egg layers. Just make sure you have good ventilation ... if for no
other reason but your own air quality :-)
