[CHICKENS-101] Re: Mice in chicken feed

 

Thank you Laura. We have 4 outdoor cats ,but they are so well fed that they are too lazy to do anything. Besides they are all old tom cats who have had "the operation",even tweety birds don't interest them. Just meal time.

We leave the little door open from the coop to the outside covered pen so they can get out in the morning in case I am late feeding them.My husband put some tin hats on the feeders last night and there were no dropping in them this morning.

We don't use poison either and no to that sticky paper. Did that once and I felt so bad for the mouse that I made ed pull it off the paper and put it outside.
