Thanks for the input on the chicken.  She is in her own cage in the garage and
at some times is quite perky.  She is eating and drinking.

Forgot to tell you.  My black Serama hen is setting on 4 eggs.  Can't wait to
see what hatches.  She is very, very protective.

Please take care of your self.  We love ya!  Tommy and Bella say hello!

Moving and new food are stresses.   I'd guess a mycoplasma and treat her
accordingly.  I'd also treat for cocci so she does not bring in a new stain of
coccidiosis to your chickens. Sulfadimethoxine is a good one for the cocci.
