Frozen water.  I save my gallon bottled water jugs and laundry vinegar jugs and freeze water for use on hot days.  If you don't use either of those gallon size items, any size soft drink bottles with screw on caps will do.  I just lay them in the chicken pens and it helps.  My chicken pens are wire, covered, and under trees.

Also, though we have had a mild year, it was about 108 degrees in Los Angeles yesterday and is slated to be 110 tomorrow.
How do you keep your birds cool in hot weather like this?
