These are the stories that you need when you battle idiots at zoning
enforcement. In Tulsa, you are allowed 6 chickens and no Roosters, Yet
there is NO LIMIT on the amount of horses you can have! Let me put this
in perspective, 300 North Florence ave is TULSA UNIVERSITY (Downtown
Tulsa). 21 st and Lewis is DOWNTOWN TULSA. All my Dr's and Hospital I
go to is near 21st and Lewis!
Now, Where is East Apache and North Lewis st? About one mile from my
house and closer to DOWNTOWN TULSA!
Last year we had Vigilante Horsemen, IN DOWNTOWN TULSA.
Last year we had about 50 head of CATTLE get loose from a fence IN THE
CITY OF TULSA.

Six horses got loose on Tulsa roadways during the morning rush hour
Wednesday.
Police received a call about the animals at 7:22 a.m., when they were
near 500 S. Florence Ave. Several units responded to block traffic and
try to corral the horses, Police Officer Leland Ashley said.
The horses made it as far as 21st Street and Lewis Avenue, but were
eventually cornered at Latimer Place and North Florence Avenue. They
were then turned over to animal control and taken to stockyards in
Collinsville, Ashley said.
Police finished with the matter just before 9:30 a.m., he said. None of
the horses were injured.
The horses had escaped from a pasture at East Apache Street and North
Lewis Avenue, he said. The owner will be cited for horses at large,
Ashley said.
