OK doc says to monitor closely and if it happens again this week to call and come in :-)   We will see....

I feel that way when my diastolic blood pressure drops below 50. Nasty feeling. I normally run between 112/100 (systolic) over 60/75 (diastolic).
 
Does your doctor know about it? You may need an adjustment in meds.
