To make it all even better, I've been worried sick about the financial end of it. There is absolutely NO WAY I can afford to send her. But ... she has right now enough $$$ in scholarship money from the school, given each year she attends, to cover basically a full year of school, tuition room and board. And it is almost definate (according to the person I am speaking to at the school....) that she will get more from them. And it IS definate that her father's employer will be giving another scholarship each year. AND THEN ... her dad ( we haven't been together since she was a little bit of a girl, and who hasn't paid a cent of child support for the last 12 years....) told me on the phone that I didn't have to worry about it. He's been saving for this day and it is all done, paid for, taken care of.
I feel like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders!
She's going for a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts (photography) ... here is a link to some of her stuff that I have on Facebook. Most of it is old, the newest stuff is at the end.
