The column on the left will give you the info you need about lime and reducing soil acidity. I use a mix of 3 scoops of lime, 1 scoop of ag sulfur, and 2 scoops of clean dry wood ash. Mix and spread at the rate of 3-4 large horse scoops per every 10' x 10'ft area and rototill into the soil well. Rake into the soil, dandelion seeds and roots, grasses, chickweed, sunflower seeds from feed quality-not planting, et... An ounce of prevention ow it is hot out is worth a pound of cure.
