I buy Oxine from Cultersupply.com.  It's high and shipping is even higher, but you use just a TINY amount.  I think I'm using 1/2 teaspoon per 5 gallons of water.
 
I'm not sure if they'll post here.  These are NOT my pictures, they were taken from various articles on backyardchicken.com on nipple waterers.  I think mine are easier.  They are just in the bottom of 5 gallon buckets :-)
