I give my extra eggs to the older folks at church.  They really enjoy them.  Maybe brings back memories also.  Susan

Yes! 

I've been purchasing free-range organic for close to 2 years I guess.  Last year I was able to purchase 1 ½ dozen a week from a friend but then her birds started to all molt at the same time and I've been without fresh eggs since.   Purchasing eggs from her allowed my husband to taste the difference between fresh and free-range even.  He decided as soon as we could, we would have some hens and he's not the animal sort.  I don't have enough eggs for my family yet so I'll still have to supplement but come this fall I'm sure I'll have more than enough eggs.  What will I do with the bit that is "more than I know what to do with"?  Attempt freezing so I'll have stuff during the lean time.  J

Hope your able to live to the ripe old age of 90+  lol
