First day I was in unimaginable agony from a pad folded and placed under the middle of my spine where there are damaged vertebrae. (Was supposed to be in the small of my back.) Wasn't until I decided that I was getting up around 7pm, no matter what anyone said, another nurse investigated and found it. The rest of my stay was much better and my nurses were wonderful! Cathryn
