[CHICKENS-101] Funny chick feet

Well, my last hatching wasn't perfect after all.
One chick had spraddle legs so I used a piece of bandaid to help as seen on the internet. Now, a day later, I have 2 perfectly healthy looking chicks with bumb feet; they can't open their toes normally.

It was miserable waiting for the last eggs to hatch as the incubator was filthy from the other's that had hatched the prior day. Could this have caused a problem? Is there anything I can do or just hope they grow out of it? (or die)
Thanks

[CHICKENS-101] Re: Mean Rooster

Chicken and dumplings comes to mind. My rooster attacks my wife, also. She will not go near him. I humiliate him, push him around in front of his hens, let him know just who is the alpha in the flock. I also carry a cane and push him around with it just to show him I can. I don't like turning my back on him, but he hasn't tried anything with me in quite a while.

But you have to train everyone else involved with him, and Chicken and Dumplings is usually easier.

[CHICKENS-101] Re:OT ~ The "Chicken Whisperer" will meet Ole George?

Susan, what excellent news!! With all the sad stories I hear lately which show how hard the economy is to weather, it's such a treat to hear good news. Your daughter is sure to do well, and I know she understands how lucky she is to have such support.

Thanks for sharing :)
