Atlas of Avian Disease info.  Like this?  Both legs do not have to be affected and usually it is only one. Please use the single arrow and scroll thru the pictures to see if any match. Often when a bird goes down and both legs are in front it is a b complex issue not mareks. What you described could be mareks or M synovie. Mareks is the more common of the two, and b complex defiicency is the most common of the 3 if lame and or curled toes.
